Refunds

If you need to process a humm refund through your Shopify store, please follow the instructions below.

1. Login to your Shopify Dashboard
2. Navigate to Orders
3. Click on the order you wish to refund/adjust

3. Click Refund in the top right corner of the page.

4. For a full refund, use the arrows next to the product to refund the item(s).

5. For a partial refund, enter the amount you wish to refund through humm via the text box under Refund amount

6. Once you have confirmed the amount you are refunding, confirm with the Refund button
